  • Aljala hospital: It is one of the teaching hospitals & the largest obstetrics & gynecology center in Tripoli, was established in 1972, it has more than 350 beds, statistically, around 2000 deliveries per month, well prepared intensive care unite, six theaters, and nursery, in addition to the outpatient department with different subspecialty.
  • Faculty of Medicine of Tripoli University: It is the largest one in Libya, was established in 1973, duration of study is 7 years divided into; one premedical, three pre-clinical, and three clinical.

B. Details of experience:

 I spent one year in teaching hospitals attached to Medical Faculty in the following specialties:  

3 months of general medicine.

2 months Gyn & Obs.

2 months pediatric.

1 month of community medicine.

1-month Intensive care unit.

3 months of general surgery & orthopedic.

C. Practical procedures:

I have been in gynecology & obstetric practice for seven years, during that time I was involved in around all varieties of simple to very complex obstetric problems.

I have daily morning round, 24 h duty weekly, one OPD weekly and I am Function as a registrar since 2009, I am very independent in most of my practice, I have had perform multiple obstetric procedures.

I have good relations with my collogues, I am looking forward to be respected to expand my experience & provide some of my tasks to serve your hospital.

I am capable independently of carrying out the following Procedures:

  • Insertion of central & peripheral venous lines.
  • Arterial blood sampling.
  • Basic & Advanced life support…
  • Insertion of urinary catheters.
  • Nasogastric tube insertion.
  • Cesarian sections all types.
  • Forceps delivery.
  • Ultrasounds scan. (Transabdominal & transvaginal scans).
  • 3 –D scan.
  • Fetal ECG application &interpretation.
  • External Cephalic Version.
  • Internal podalic version ( during cesarian section only)
  • Instrumental delivery.
